Can I add my logo to your product?

All of our products are fully customizable and we can add your logo or branding to the items as long as the material allows.

How long will it take to make my order?
  • Production time depends on the size of the order and the type of items being ordered. All of our products are hand-made by skilled craftsmen so more complex items will take more time.
  • On average, we can make 50x plain synthetic leather menus each week
What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 24pcs for single item orders. For larger orders, we can adjust the MOQ accordingly.

I want to reorder some items. Is the price the same?

Prices change regularly due to fluctuations in materials cost so please check with us before sending a PO

We aren’t ready to receive our order. Can we store the items with you?

Provided we have sufficient space we can store your order free of charge for up to 3 months. Any extensions to this will be chargeable at a rate of $50 per week for the first 2 months. Following this, any further extensions will be chargeable at a rate of $75 per week

What are your shipping terms

Ex-works. Once the order has been collected by the shipping agents we hand over responsibility to them and any damages incurred during transit are not our responsibility

What is your warranty period

6 months for basic wear and tear. We do not cover breakages caused by dropping or mishandling of the products

Do you have a product price list?

All our products are made to order and customized for each client. As such we do not have a standard price list.

Do you have ready stock?

We do not hold stock of any products as all of our items are made to order.
